All our meats are sourced from antibiotic and hormone-free animals – then rubbed, cured and smoked right here at the farm. Our BBQ is complemented with traditional side dishes and greens, vegetables and herbs from our on-property farm as well as our partner farms across the State. We smoke our meats in an authentic pit from Georgia, over hickory cut for us at Medlyn Farms in Branford. Please ask us about our gluten-free options. Fresh Food. Local Love.
